They quote you directly, so you can compare the glass, the fittings, the lead time and the installation before you commit. We don't sell glass and we don't do the work.
Before you accept a quote
Check that every quote is for the same glass: the type (toughened, laminated or both), the thickness, clear or low-iron, and the edge finish. Tempered glass can't be cut or drilled after toughening, so ask who takes the final measurements and who carries the cost if a pane is made to the wrong size. Ask which hinges, clamps, channels or spigots are included and what grade of stainless steel they are, especially near the coast. Make sure the panes will carry the permanent safety mark where the regulations require safety glass, and ask about the lead time from the toughening plant, removal of old glass and any workmanship guarantee. A cheaper quote with thinner glass or lighter fittings is not cheaper.
